to become a leader you must be a follower first coz to be a good leader you must know about the behaviour of your follower, their likes and dislikes.
Leaders don't born in class rooms or lecture halls, but leaders are born in a middle of conflict or problems. Whoever gives the right decision for the right problems are the true leader.
